Single-Use Assemblies

CPi is a trusted supplier of turn key Single-Use solutions for some of the largest biopharmaceutical companies in the world. We design and manufacture single-use assemblies that are user-friendly for all aspects of Upstream, Downstream and fill/finish Biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

The assemblies are manufactured in a state-of-the-art EN ISO 14644 Class 7 cleanroom facility operating to cGMP guidelines using only USP Class VI and animal-derived component free (ADCF) component materials. Single-Use Assemblies are delivered sterilized by gamma irradiation and are ready for immediate use.

Standard Designs - In excess of 400 standard design Single-Use Assemblies are available from our extensive qualified database, deliverable on shortened lead-times to meet today’s demanding production needs.

Customized Designs - Special designs to client specific configurations and/or designs, including client specified fluid contact polymeric materials and components.

Quality - As part of our rigorous approach to quality, all Single-Use assembly designs produced are backed up by an extensive Validation programme which is continually managed by our Quality Unit.
