These systems are part of a broader offering from CPi Biotech to support GMP-ready continuous biomanufacturing, using the latest innovations in single-use technology.

Smart & Compact Design

A space-optimized layout integrates high-density instrumentation to monitor flow, pressure, UV absorbance, and conductivity — for both process and waste streams.

Advanced Pumping Systems

Each skid combines Watson Marlow 500 Series peristaltic pumps and Quattroflow quaternary diaphragm pumps, enabling precise, pulsation-free flow control.

Real-Time Monitoring & Control

Equipped with Optek UV and conductivity sensors on waste lines and the Optek Control 8000 interface, operators gain real-time visibility into UV, conductivity, and temperature data throughout the process.

Flexible Buffer Management

Integrated multi-head peristaltic pumps independently meter diafiltration buffers, offering a high degree of control and flexibility.

Scalable Architecture

Designed with the future in mind, the system allows for simple expansion, making it possible to double filter surface area without major redesign.

Ultra-Precise Product Delivery

Final product is delivered via Quattroflow pumps through Melema Coriolis mass flow meters, ensuring ultra-low flow accuracy for sensitive downstream operations.
